Doing some illustrations so went to my friend's workplace. Really nice and friendly people there. Enjoyed being around them. ^_^ I enjoy drawing a lot too.

Had dinner with Carrie and HM at night. Ate at Ashton's at Serangoon Gardens...sort of couldn't finish...Feel really guilty watching a video my friend sent me regarding food and hunger later on...

Really made me think about my previous nanny/maid in Philippines...their hometown had been devastated by a typhoon...luckily they weren't hurt...but their area is like a ghost town...and the poor have become poorer...her area is Quinaoayanan, Bani, Pangasinan...they are still fixing up the place and need more help...

Roofs were torn down and the electricity cut...trees destroyed not to mention the rice plantations. Everything was wet and the day the typhoon descended was terrifying for them...money and food is needed after such a disaster but it's pretty slow reaching there...my family sent some over to tide them over but that probably won't be enough...

Why is it people don't notice the poor suffering in the Philippines...but I really admire how strong people in the less fortunate areas, despite the disaster they are really strong in their faith and remain as positive as they can...when my maid managed to get hold of a phone in the city, she called to tell my family she was ok as well as her family and her friends.

Wish there was a way to help them more...if only people could be more aware of this...

Went for the Lucasfilm Talk at SAM today...makes me want to work there since it's really fun and inspiring...the speakers there were excellent too.

Interested in their Character Animation Jedi Masters programme...Shall improve my demoreel and apply for it...

Later on went to FZD school to see their open house and their presentation. Feng Zhu's works are really amazing...awesome to see him live in action at his presentation too.

Also met some people who are from a sketching group on facebook, Stella and Syarah intro me to them. Most are my seniors from NYP...but wasn't feeling well so went back home instead of sketching, after lunch with Jon and PC at Sim Lim Square...

Met HM and gang there too since they were there to buy computer stuff...or in HM's case figurines. XD

Really inspired...hope to churn out better and faster work in the future...

Watched Star Trek in the Cinema and it was awesome! Love the visual effects and the story and the characters are all really interesting. Spork is the most intriguing character of all. ^_^

Can't wait for the next Star Trek movie...never did watch or read Star Trek so the movie has made me a fan.


Has to Stand on chair and one waitress announces his birthday...

They start singing and clapping to a special birthday song...

Birthday celebration at chalet! Celebrated together with Syarah whose birthday is on 17th April. ^_^










Really happy that NZ and Stella actually baked us those delicious and beautiful cakes!

Had fun at the chalet, gold kist resort at east coast park, a couple of our friends went there to celebrate...

At night we chatted and star gazed and went to macdonalds for breakfast. Nothing exciting but it was fun just to be with my friends.

Wes came back from Japan and bought this! XD So cute! Haha, Wes is such a nice brother! Thanks X3 He also bought Ah Pa his Toradora novels and presents for the others.

Really makes me want to go back Japan again...last time I went there with my family but we stayed a while and visited Disneyland there. Shall save up and try to go there soon.

Went to Kal's house today. Met WL and KL at the interchange. They have a lot of pets! Really cute hamsters and their bunny charcoal is just so adorable and patable XD Just like her owners. X3

Showed Kal some stuff on photoshop and let her try out more of the pen tool for colouring. Also chatted with them and played with Charcoal. Their mom was really nice, offered me curry puff for dessert and orange juice. Their Dad was nice enough to send me home after that. ^_^

Currently watching Mei-chan no Shitsuji, pretty interesting, my cca friends have been watching it too since recently there's a craze for awesome and cool butlers. X3


The reason why I started watching this series in the first place ;)
Mizushima Hiro is so damn cool as Shibata Rihito!

Saw the drama Zettai Kareshi where he was acting as Asamoto Soshi, found him really cool! His acting and expressions are really intriguing. Then decided to try watching other dramas with him inside.


I like Izumi the best, her character is just so cool in the show. X3 She's really good, somewhat the sort of role model I would like to follow. Think she's so much cooler than any butlers in the show. >////<

Iwasa Mayuko, is really pretty and cool! She's damn cool in Liar Game too, the previous drama I watched before this. ^_^
